Business Development Executive

About us:
Tradeshi Ltd. is a leading partner of Alibaba.com inBangladesh, providing businesses with access to the Global Gold Supplier (GGS) program. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a New Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Acquisition:
Identify and target potential new clients who couldbenefit from the Alibaba.com platform and GGS program. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business partnerships.
2. Sales and Negotiation:
Proactively generate leads through research,networking, and outreach. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to identify potential clients.
3. Lead Generation:
Proactively generate leads through research,networking, and outreach. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to identify potential clients.
4. Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitiveofferings, and market dynamics. Use this information to adjust and refine sales strategies.
5. Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potentialclients, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Serve as the primary point of contact during the sales process.
6. Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including customersupport and account management, to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and provide excellent customer service.
7. Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads,and opportunities. Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in new business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets andacquiring new business.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and the ability to buildrapport with potential clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Bengali.
- Knowledge of Alibaba.com and the GGS program is a plus.
