Recommended Experience: 3-5 years in customer relationship management, account management, sales or related roles
(Preferably in digital / e-commerce / IT Sector).

About Us: Tradeshi Ltd. is a leading partner of Alibaba.com in Bangladesh, providing businesses with access to the Global Gold Supplier (GGS) program. We are
seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship / Digital Account Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in
maintaining and strengthening relationships with our GGS paid subscribers, ensuring their success in leveraging the powerful tools and resources provided by
Alibaba.com, while also driving upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with GGS paid subscribers by understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals. Act as a
trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
2. Account Retention:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by proactively addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues. Identify
and resolve any account-related problems promptly.3. Upselling and Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to upsell additional Alibaba.com services and cross-sell complementary products or features to existing clients. Develop
strategies to increase client investments in the platform.
4. Account Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' accounts and business performance on Alibaba.com. Identify areas for improvement and growth
opportunities.5. Action Plan Development:
Collaborate with clients to develop tailored action plans aimed at maximizing their success on the Alibaba.com platform, including recommendations for upselling
and cross-selling.
6. Product Training:
Educate clients on the latest features, tools, and best practices offered by GGS and other relevant Alibaba.com services. Provide ongoing
training and support to help clients make the most of their subscription.
7. Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize data and analytics to track and measure client progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
and additional services.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution for clients.
9. Reportingand Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and action plans, including details on upselling and cross-selling efforts. Generate regular
reports on client performance and account management activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and/or customer relationship management or account management, preferably in a digital or e-commerce environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Fluency in English and Bengali.
- Knowledge of Alibaba.com and the GGS program is a plus.
