Job Description:
Tradeshi Limited, an award-winning partner of Alibaba.com and a certified Odoo ERP partner, is hiring B2B Sales Representatives as Telemarketer to promote our digital transformation solutions and Alibaba.com services. It’s a remote job opportunity.
As part of our sales team, you will engage business owners, understand their needs, and present solutions to streamline operations, grow exports, and digitize business processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with innovative tools and help businesses thrive in a competitive global market.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to businesses, confidently presenting Alibaba.com services and Odoo ERP solutions in Bengali.
- Understand and identify the customer’s business status, challenges, and potential needs:
- For Alibaba.com: Discuss export goals and how Alibaba’s platform connects businesses to international buyers.
- For Odoo ERP: Showcase how digitization can optimize sales, inventory, and financial management.
- Build rapport with business owners and keep them engaged with meaningful conversations.
- Schedule appointments or follow-ups for interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate call records in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly performance goals for calls, leads, and scheduled meetings.
Location:
Remote, Home office. However, candidates must reside in Chittagong to align with local business needs.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Bengali (spoken) and have basic knowledge of English.
- Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
- Sales Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and ability to handle objections confidently.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and phone systems is advantageous.
- Work Setup: Quiet environment, reliable phone, and stable internet connection for remote work.
Training: A one week online/offline training will be provided before get in service.
Duration: 4 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.
Commission: Marketers will get commission for qualified leads according to the company policy.
