    Position Summary:

    We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a flair for creativity and an understanding of the online marketplace space. The ideal candidate will support our teams by creating mini-websites for GGS clients, managing product uploads, designing presentations and marketing materials for ERP solutions, and crafting engaging social media content. They should possess excellent design skills and strong interpersonal abilities to work effectively with internal teams and clients.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    1. Creative Design & Content Creation:

     

    - Design mini-websites and product pages for GGS clients.

    - Create visually compelling presentations and pitch decks for ERP solutions and other services.
    - Develop graphics for social media posts, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.

     

    2. Technical Assistance:

     

    - Manage product uploads on Alibaba.com and ensure consistent quality.
        - Maintain and improve clients' online storefront aesthetics and usability.

     

    3. Collaboration & Communication:

    - Work closely with the OBS team to meet client requirements and project deadlines.
    - Collaborate with the New Sales and Renewals teams to create tailored presentations and marketing content.

     

    4. Brand Consistency:

    - Ensure all designs align with Tradeshi's branding guidelines.

    - Innovate new ways to visually communicate Tradeshi's value proposition to clients.

     

    5. Client Support:

     

    - Provide basic platform training to clients on using Alibaba.com features.

    - Maintain professionalism and people-centric communication in all client interactions.

     

    Qualifications:

     

    Educational Background:

    Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, CSE, Fine Arts, or a related field. Candidates with coursework or certifications in digital marketing or online marketplaces will have an advantage.

    Experience:

    - 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an online marketplace or e-commerce setting.
    - Experience designing for cross-border trade or ERP solutions is a plus.

    Technical Skills:

     

    - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
    - Familiarity with Alibaba.com or similar online platforms.
    - Basic knowledge of web design tools and principles is preferred.  

    Interpersonal Skills:

    - Strong people skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
    - A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
