Key Responsibilities:

Support the Business Development team in identifying and onboarding new clients for Alibaba.com’s Global Gold Supplier (GGS) program.
Conduct market research on potential export sectors, business trends, and competitive landscapes.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and internal use.
Engage in client communication (via phone, email, and meetings) to provide information about services and collect necessary business data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and after-sales support.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities organized by Tradeshi and Alibaba.com.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (or currently enrolled) in Business, Commerce, International Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla (verbal and written).
Passion for business development, finance, and the export-import sector of Bangladesh.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel/Google Sheets, Google Docs, and online research tools.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Strong teamwork, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Emotionally intelligent, confident, and outgoing personality.
